Designing a friends’ home is always a delight. Collaborating closely, understanding tastes and preferences, creating a uniquely reflective space is such a treat. It’s not every day you sit down with a friend and really dig into their core design tastes! Our conversations explore vision and functionality, aesthetics and comfort. The OG Project

The OG Project truly is original because home is where everything starts! Our 1970’s traditional brick was in need of brighter rooms and more efficient livability for our family. We increased the square footage of the hallway/kids bathroom and added an additional hall closet for storage. The dreary first floor living room received an overhaul by gutting the fireplace wall and adding south facing windows. Not yet ready for a full kitchen renovation, we brightened walls, trim, windows, painted cabinets and installed new light fixtures throughout.

ATL Remodel Concept

A beautifully maintained turn-of-the-century home just outside the heart of Atlanta was seeking design concepts for expanding their home. This large addition would create ample interior and exterior spaces for family and entertaining. We created mood boards to convey styles and visual concepts as well as detailed construction level drawings with elevations to convey the project’s potential.

A lovely couple, downsizing to an adult community in north Alpharetta/Milton, purchased a lot in beautiful horse country. Despite being a spec neighborhood, my client’s impeccable taste and desire for their newly constructed home to feel tailored and distinctive, offered a unique opportunity for their house to be customized with high-end finishes, redesigned and upgraded. These photos showcase the process of a customizing spec-home built to a client’s personalized budget and taste.
