We had the privilege of working with a lovely couple downsizing to an adult community in Milton horse country. Their new home, in a spec neighborhood, did not fit their impeccable taste or their desire for a newly constructed home to feel tailored, worn and comfortable. With a unique opportunity to customize spaces, alter bathrooms, upgrade the kitchen and introduce high-end finishes, we combed over the plans and collaborated with the builder to create a unique semi-custom home.
